Looking for some advice here, After reading the manual for this game and pushing buttons on the help screen (F1) I still cannot work out what button does what command, nothing does what it is suppose to do, and most listed don't appear to do anything at all. where do I get a list of commands (the working commands)

Forgive my typos, I have a newborn baby and at the moment even getting straight out of bed I still feel asleep
Most of the buttons still don't do anything, The status report doesn't do anything and also loads of other problems for example the fuel information for half speed shows on the surface should be travelling at 13knots but the speed indicator shows a maximum of 7knots ?
Also the radar station (power on/off button) wont work I don't know if the radar is on or off but i cant toggle the switch and a whole bunch of other problems. any advice is welcome.
