I've just started getting back into this game again on Xbox 360, yet I find if I play either the story or terrorist hunt my team will often "move" or "hold" without instruction from me. I can leave my controller on the side of my chair and all of a sudden the team will get an instruction that they obviously comply with. I thought it might be an issue with my controller, but having now tried 3 controllers I'm pretty confident I have ruled this out.

The issue occurs when using either wired or wireless controls.

Is anyone else experiencing this???

Is there a fix???
