You can get HVT from killing other players who have played with Devs. It's technically a good way to study player population interaction depending on how fast the achievement spreads, like a virus persay.

I got it on the first day of playing online. Ubisoft openly said they were playing on xbox live in between a certain time later at night I saw after the fact. I was playing when they started. I'm proud to be one of the hosts to the plague! :-)
