Is it possible that if u get inside info on incoming updates to this game that u could do a list of changes that are coming (mainly the bigger ones that u should know) so that were awere whats gonna happen. in every game theres always some people keeping the score on future updates.
Lists of future changed would include like. Changes to money u gain from diffirent levels of bloodwork and MRI machines or added a confirmation button b4 ucan use house coins to prevent accidental spending of them =) etc etc

Just put it in Feedback and Suggestions, that's the best I can tell you. I'll mention it if I get a chance, but I wouldn't count on it. Things can change at the last moment, and the developers probably won't want to put a big list of changes out there ahead of time and start some big debate about who likes which changes and who hates them. Better to just do it and see how it works, really.
