Hi there, i tried playing some of my Ubisoft games now, and on each of them when i sign on it says checking for updates and when i click on login in a few seconds therewafter it says login failed please check your user name and password. I am using the correct user name and password. can anyone please help me to resolve this. Looking for urgent assistance from ubisoft.

I wrote to technical support. But I'm sure I do not get a response. I know that last night it worked. You have everything working right? Nevers.

The authentication servers governing access to Ubisoft-published PC games are offline. Why the service interruption has not been acknowledged on the publishing company’s main page, support site, Twitter feed, or Facebook page?

Would have been alot easier just confirming on the forum site that the uplay server is offline in the first place. Sometimes i dont understand these gaming companies. They are super quick to cash in on their product but support thereafter sucks.

Hi, apologies but I was given no warning that the servers were going to be down, sometimes there are server blips.
