Which is one better than poor 'ol Sam. Who looks different AND sounds different.
My guess is that while they were on a "let's make everyone look different" kick, they gave Vic an overhaul too.

    Here's the MI6 picture.
    Care to speculate?

The new Splinter Cell protagonist! Ubisoft was just yanking our chains with Eric Johnson voicing Sam Fisher, he's actually voicing this guy!

Seriously though, maybe this guy is our new hacker? He's the only guy we haven't seen yet, but it would be odd for Ubisoft to give us his name yet not place his look to it...very interesting...

And he doesn't really look like a "hacker." More the field operative type, and it's not just the gun that's making me think that. He's kind of got an intensity to him.
Plus there's the MI6 thing. I don't remember any past references to British intelligence in the series.
Maybe a mix of English and Middle Eastern features? Am I just imagining that?

Yeah the MI6 bit makes a strong case for him not being the hacker. He does seem to have a rather Middle Eastern look to him, so he must be an undercover agent among the Blacklist terrorists who'll help Sam with his missions. He could play as 4E's mole in helping track where Sam should go for his next mission.

    I like that idea.
Though I suppose he could also be a villain. He looks kind of like Fisher as well; maybe he's the other side of the coin, so to speak. The antithesis of Sam.

    I didn't see Extinction. Is he MI6?

That would be pretty cool if we actually had a nemesis for Sam in Blacklist, someone's who's equally capable as he is. Chaos Theory had that great twist of Sam's old friend turning out to be the bad guy in the end, so something kind of like that would be a great story/gameplay addition for Blacklist.
