I think bunkers are usefull only as a last resort. For their cost is often better to make a base and field units...

Im struggling to think of a bunker that is not useful in some form... nope none that i can think of. BUT you must remember they are early game! they are not a last line of defense but a position to consolidate on or act as a warning on a flank etc they should never be used by themselves, ideally, and to be supported. Ill give examples if needed... and as always dont judge the fortified position.

dunno i dont use buners usally as longe range art can take them out quiet easily id rather have some anti tank and air guns

I think they are only good at tricking the enemy into wasting money on artillery or bombers. I like to buy either anti-tank positions or anti-air positions depending on which would hault the enemies advance the most. While they spend up to over $100 on artillery or bombers, I build up my forces and then go down the side of the map under radio silence, strike their base fast, and clean up their remaining units.

I love my usa AA bunker. The others, I try not to use, but will if I have to. The tank and infantry bunker work well placed near bridges
