Hi I am sorry but I must say this Why in the hell would they launch a game into closed beta then to have so much fricken problems trying to launch the game downloader I have done every thing that I have been able to find in the forums and from other patries for 2 dame days this is absolutely stupid if anyone has any more bright ideas how I can launch the downloader so that I can take part in the Closed Beta pleae let me know

Hey there Moantoc, we'll need some more information from you. You didn't really tell us what you did or where your problem lies.

1. The first step to downloading the game should be to visit: http://ghostrecononline.us.ubi.com.
2. Sign in, and then click the big "Download" button (you'll need Flash installed for this).
3. Once that file is downloaded, double-click it to begin the installation process.
4. Once the installation is finished, you need to launch the game from the shortcuts that the game creates for you.

You can't start launcher.exe by itself. You absolutely NEED to use the provided shortcuts, since those pass along some required arguments to the launcher executable.

I have done all that and nothing works here are my system specs
just changed OS for Xp Home to Xp Pro x64 didn't work on XP Home
AMD Athelone Duel Core x65
Nvidia 8600 GTS Graphics card
Please help I have been playing Ghost recon sense the first one came out on PS 2
