    I have been following your incredible journey the entire time and have to say that after looking at your last update (HOLY SH*T!) I am more motivated than ever to loose more weight and get back into shape

    Hello friends,

    Diet and dance are not the only process to loss your weight. You can find lot of process over the internet. In my point of view you can do dance, diet and eating some nutritional supplements its loss your weight..

    I just picked up Just Dance 4 and a Kinect in hopes of making this work for me. I'm in need of losing weight so I am paying more attention to what I eat and working on portion control. I'm hoping to get more active with JD4 and see how it goes. Valkyrie and Spectra have been inspirations

    Wow! I'm totally sold on Just Dance 4 now, lol. I have already started my diet plan for the new year and I really needed more fun exercise ideas!

    There are really nice post. I am totally agree with you all. According to me Diet and exercise is most important to weight loss. If you want to loss your weight you must take a proper diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Green tea is also effective for this purpose. You can also use salads and other fruits in your diet. With that you should take some cardio exercise like swimming or cycling etc. Dance is also a good exercise for this purpose. Anyways that is really appreciated. Keep it up.
