Just this year I decided to make a serious attempt at weight loss. Over the years with many video games and college I had gained 50 lbs. I really was feeling down about life so i took it upon myself to start with something I really did have complete control over. I joined a local 24/7 gym and started going. It was a but rough at first but I found different ways to enjoy it. I would walk on the treadmill for an hour while reading or watching a show or movie. Sunday nights were my Walking Dead nights where I ran... in my mind away from zombies. At the beginning of January I weighed in at 236lbs and now I am at 210 lbs. Im going to check into the gym sometime soon with my trainer to see my body fat % and everything that she took when i first started.
