Good on you girl! I did the same thing using Zumba. Dancing and knowing you are getting a workout is the best. It's fun and you're getting into shape. Thank You for sharing your progress with us! Routing for you, and totally going to try out those meals you post! Look yummy.

    Hey,

I came across your Just Dance 3 blog randomly on someone's Twitter...I just wanted to say that as a fitness buff myself, it's nice to see such a rare sight. I've seen many fellow gamer girls lose themselves because of sitting around too much playing video games.

My Dad got me a gym membership in 2009 and since then I have fallen in love with fitness; and although I have much to learn, I love encouraging and helping others to get healthy, feel better about themselves and overall be a happier person.

If you ever have any questions or would like more tips, or delicious healthy recipes, I'd love to help. And KEEP. GOING. Only positive things can come.

Thanks for the kind words of support Calypso (and the others that posted). I have found a bit of a new feeling myself in being healthy by using myfitnesspal and in my weight loss group. Having that support means the world, but I am not surprised because us gamers get that support online too for other areas of our lives. I followed you on twitter and your twitch channel! <3

Aw shucks, thanks! I'm just getting the hang of Twitter and I will follow back ;] and I plan to be streaming epic goofiness by the end of August.

I think you're a champ for going on a liquid diet! I'd think that would take a lot of self control and dedication. I hope that you reach your goals and I can't wait to see more progress!

When I saw that egg omelet I giggled because that's one of my favs! Have you tried fresh spinach? I think it tastes much better over canned/frozen
I also add some chopped tomatoes and red onion. Although I am looking for a healthier, good tasting cheese so I'll have to try that Laughing Cow brand.

Also, for anyone looking for some yummy quick meals, I'll share my two favorites here. I have to get the rest up online some how.

    Yogurt Mix:
    2 scoops Greek Yogurt
    Your favorite Granola
Any mix of fruit: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, chopped apples

    Perfect for breakfast!

    Homemade Pizza!
    1 Wheat Thin Crust
1 Can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added (try to squeeze all the excess juice out)
    Fresh Spinach leaves
    Sliced Chicken sausage
    Mozzarella Cheese
-Then I pop in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, give or take how crispy you like it.

    Enjoy!

Sweet receipes, in fact greek yogart and the organic whole wheat pizza dough from trader joes is first on my list when I can really eat, so I will try them! I already have been compiling tons of healthy recipes waiting for that day lol! Unfortunately for now I am super limited to what I can eat. It did say I can have STEWED tomatoes and GREEN onions, but for some reason regular for both inst on the list. Also, as I can only have one very tiny meal a day, I am getting frozen now so it holds well. But I actually don't mind frozen too much and can be healthier then regualr produce depending on how long the fresh has sat. But I do agree, for spinach especially, that it is better fresh!

    Way to go Amy!

Amy you're doing awesome at it, what an inspiration! I'm so happy for you. Now I'm going to take that inspiration and get off my butt, right after I eat this donut. :P

There was a thread about that around here!, but it seems that someone deleted it!, anyway.

That's a good progress Amy, but don't get too skinny, you always looked gorgeous.
