    Cable Compatibiity?

    Does anyone know if the XBox and PS3 cables are interchangeable?

    Funk-n-Stein is coming over Friday for a multiplayer session of Rocksmith (woo hoo!) but he has a PS3 and I have an Xbox. I am getting a second controller so no worries there, we're just not sure about the cable.

    The cable isn't console specific so you should be good to go.

    I bought a spare cable. I don't remember it saying anything about a platform.

    100% sure. I use the cable purchased with each version of the game interchangeably and during two player games.
