Requirements:
Console: Xbox360 only
Language: English
Mature (to some extent - we do like a good laugh too)
Have respect your squad members
Use a microphone for 80% of games (exceptions made)
Have a good understanding of the maps and how to play them to your class.
Understand simple tactics such as a flank and when they are appropriate.
Use the mechanics of the game fully e.g taking Cover, using arrow markers etc

Mindstate: Never give up,believe anything is possible and most importantly, play the objective!!*
(you should at least be getting 8,000 exp per game)
