    Will sony notify my if they do not service my ps3?

    Will sony notify my if they do not service my ps3?
    I sent in my ps3 in to get repaired, and it was received by sony on 3/6/12. However, they sent it back out on 3/7/12 so, i'm a little worried that they didn't fix it.

    SONY =/= Ubisoft...

    Call their Phone Support to get up to date info, or check their website for any service repair info you can find. I do not have a PS3 so I do not know what they do. I only know what Xbox/Microsoft does.

    i know when i sent my ps2 in for repair it took about 2- 3 weeks, they may have found it to be un repairable and sent you a like for like replacement. you should have some paper work with it.
