I'm assuming he's talking about the mk14 because the m110 does not let you tweak the gas options.

thats what i figured, he said mk11 i was like hmmm, yeah well honestly im running my mk14 full auto with the undergassed system i feel it gives you a better chance in CQC and you can still single shot or burst fire if you would like

Yeah, I was thinking of the wrong on the gun. I was definitely talking about the MK14. Thanks for the answers guys.
