I too have the small round pen and the medium,My horses were happy, now when they are ready neither one lights up. Did I waste my money on the medium pen? Will It work or not?

I have purchased both the Small and Medium Round Pens and neither work. I switched back to the small, thinking that was it but it won't highlight at all. I don't know what else to try as it has been over a week with no change.

I've also been having problems with my round pen. It's been like a month since I've been able to use it.

Hi Everyone!

I'd like to give a quick explanation of how these pens are meant to be used. When training a horse in a certain skill they must always start in the small round pen. Once they have mastered that level of a skill, they will be able to train only that skill in the medium round pen...so on and so forth. If you want to train the horse on another skill, you will need to start it over in the small round pen.
