    What am I supposed to do in order to be unbanned?

    I entered the wrong online keycode (I thought that it's other code that was brought with the game..) anyway, I was banned for a while (Unknown how long), what am I supposed to do now? how long will it be? can I make an unban appeal or something?
    Oh and I'm talking about Assassin's Creed Revelations.
