I live in the UK and was told that there will be ways of getting a beta code for my region, but its been like 2 weeks and still nothing + we only have until the end of the month to be able to get into the beta. Im starting to think that i wont be able to get into the beta since its taking ages for Ubisoft to release the codes for my region. So when will i be able to get a code? and im guessing the beta will start mid July?

You'll have chances to receive a code closer to launch. We haven't named specific dates yet for the launch.

Thanks for replying at least, but if you cant tell me anything specific then can you tell me where Ubisoft will be revealing the info? Just so i can check from time to time and to get a beta code as soon as possible. Also is there any news on how many maps will be on the Beta? i read that there will be a variaty of modes and maps and just wondered if you knew anything specific about that.

Are you guys going to release a open beta?

I'm worried that you guys are releasing a beta to a bunch of 3rd person shooter fans, not the Farcry fans that care for this game.

My prediction is that they are going to play the beta for a couple days and ditch it. Then not give any feedback.

There will be many ways to enter the beta, as already there has been purchasing GRFS and a facebook sweep stake.

So the should be a mix of players and chances for FC fans to get into the beta.

i know im a far cry fan have been since far cry on the xbox this is going to be my first time giving feed back for a game if i get in to the beat testing i hope farcry fans get in i dont want people who play COD to try and make comments on the game

Do not worry. A bunch of GRFS players will get it and not give feedback, ditch the game, then be a waste of a beta code. It would benefit Ubisoft to release an open beta. It would probably help with advertising. That is why Battlefield 3 is up against Call of Duty.

Why do the Mods, Admins, Forum Managers act so optimistic (Brainwashed) by saying do not worry everything is going to be okay. In my experience in gaming is to stop telling yourself that and face reality of the situation. A lot of the GRFS players do not care for the Farcry series. I'm sorry, but I'am sick of everything people telling me that everything is going to be okay. It's like they are robots.
