I bought a silent hunter 5 download through game stop. After fighting a confusing array of steps to get it( includung a call to support) Finally got it registered. When I started the game and entered ID and password the window came up with invalid user name and password. After that I was not ready to call support and wait on hold for 30 more minutes to get someone that didn"t help. Five hours and wasted money for the download made me resolve to NEVER do that again. It needs to be easier if you want repeat customers.
