An excellent wave of war games have sprung on the iPad:
Battle Academy
Autumn Dynasty
Imperium Galactica 2
Civilization Revolution
Ascendancy

Many more are listed on PocketTactics.com
For now these are the ones that see great rotation on my iPad and are the popular ones.
R.U.S.E definitely has the merit to fit in that group. Battle Academy as of now, is my R.U.S.E on iOS fix.

I would hope the developers of this amazimg game see the potential of the mobile crowd and how wide open the market still is.
