Ubi, Why different release dates for GR FS Steam Edition ?

EU , USA and AU have all different dates, now since its coming off the Steam server and sent over the internet and no physical shipment to Retail Stores
Why cant the Steam edition come out GLOBALLY the same date ?

For AU the release on steam is 29th of June , in a thread in the forums its stating that the game comes out in USA on the 26th and 28th for EU.

Why not make the Steam release globally 26th of June ?

Probably because they only publicly announced the release date change the other day?

On Steam, under game info, under guerilla mode, it still states that you can play on two different TVs and consoles at the same time.......with the PC version......

I sense much confusion from the people at UBI concerning getting this console port out with the corrected info.
