Whenever a horse gets 2nd place in a competition, and I close the notification, I get an error message:
When I close that, the horse is still ready for an action, but it's still annoying.

as far as i know ..the game has always done that, since ive been playing.. and i have never got the one experince for it either... lol......... vist your friends..and do chores for you go to a competion... then click on your friends picks to get green thumbs up.. this helps to win the competion

same problem here with the second place...darn warning, but it does not right itself. I get one chance only per day to enter one horse for any contest, and then the warning comes up and will not change. Even when my horses have 3 friends and a green thumb before i start, only one win, and then nothing else for the day...
Also, after paying for extensions getting none, and buying bundle with guest house...never got that either. Getting very annoyed and frustrated with whole game.
@gumbootannie: the guest house bundle does not necessarily contain a guest house. When you hover over it, it should give percentages for how likely it is that you'll get those items. The guest house is about 1%, so highly unlikely.
