Ubisoft of no help at all. Maybe they are sleeping.
I posted a question to Ubisoft a week ago on the support section of the website regarding my game Brotherhood. I'm not going to go into the detail of the question now but my problem is that Ubisoft claim to respond after the next working day if not you must update your question again. I did that twice already. Now either they only work 2 days a month or they just dont read the questions sent to them. I dont know if any one else expierience the same problem also. Maybe if I post here about my problem with Ubisoft they will respond to MY question to them.
