How do i breed my horses with my neigbors horses?

You'll need a Breeding Meadow to be able to do that. Once you've bought, built, and staffed the Breeding Meadow, take a horse that's "Ready for Action" to it. You'll have the option to breed with any of your neighbor's horses that are of the opposite gender to your own.

the breeding meadow is great you breed with neighbors it cost 2500 horse dollars, michelle only charges 100 horse dollars. but some neighbors have neater ponies, i bred with a neighbor and got a foal with the zebra stripe.
