    4. Looping static image in the camera through the empowerment of special cables for OPSAT and directly to the camera so that for example, to search for the evidence room without the risk that we track down the camera and raise alarm.
If the camera is damaged or disabled should immediately raise the alarm and increased vigilance guards by the end of the mission.

    5. If we assume a bad tactical suit on a particular mission, even in full darkness we can't hide from the sight of the guards.

    Great suggestions.
I think the general consensus is that there ought to be a balanced mix of stealth and action.
The bonus to setting the game up for both crowds, is that it adds to the replayability factor.
In games like Ghost Recon; R6 and Splinter Cell, I love taking the stealthy and more strategic route.
But every now and then, it DOES get tempting to start busting doors down and toss grenades.

    6. Prone should be added to the Splinter Cell: Blacklist so that Fisher may have more to blend in with the surroundings in the dark, or lying in the tall grass because crouching is more risk of detection than lying down.

    7. Adding a webcam which is very light and the launch of its very high up with the launcher rifle, opens the parachute and float clear it so we have an eye on the entire area from the air. After shooting, time shall be deducted which takes up 10 seconds after which the parachute with cam will automatically be burned in the air.

    8. The opportunity to hide below every car durring mission when searching is to intense. if not that easy guards can look below cars if they get close to them and to avoid detection Sam must stick his legs and body to the suspension in the moment the guards looking beetween wheels.

I'd like to discuss locations a bit more.
Obviously all we've seen so far is the MIddle East. From what I can tell, Sam is going to be placed on the Iran/Iraq border.
Fine, I can accept that this is going to be PART of the storyline.

But as I've stated before, the franchise has always given us something new to see.
It hasn't been confirmed as to whether or not Megiddo is going to be included in the plot, but I think it's probably a safe assumption to make. They're probably the ones behind the Blacklist, possibly as a cover/distraction for whatever they really have going.
From what I understood in Conviction, Megiddo is an international organization. Which hopefully will make a nice segue for Sam to go from stomping around in the desert; to getting his boots wet in Asia or Alaska or some other venue that we haven't seen much of.

Maybe in the middle of the game will start on a mission to look for the links on the Megiddo because in some mysterious way are related to the blacklist, but 4th echelon doesn't know that this is Megiddo until Fisher find the correct location. I would like to make this trail was not easy to find where the trail could from here cut off at some point leading to even more complex a few clues that we need to be investigated and only one of them may be appropriate (for example, visiting a few places on the globe), or only partially complete, and on the basis of those wreckage guess the place where Meggido are planning something big or organization of Megiddo is just a drop in the ocean. ; )
I like when things get complicated but it has to have arms and legs. What do you think?

    Good call.
I think this thing with Megiddo needs to unravel naturally; kind of like a mystery, with Sam Fisher pulling at the loose threads and threatening to unbalance everything.
As of Conviction, he's become less a scalpel and more a wrecking ball.
I think in Blacklist, we need to see elements of both the destructive Fisher, and the master of subtlety that we've come to know and love.
In order for that to work, we obviously need different environments, which is why I think location is important to discuss.
Obviously the Middle East is going to call for less subtle approaches; with its wide-open environs and bright sun, Sam isn't going to have the luxury of skulking around in the shadows. So this is a chance for action lovers to shine.
But we should also experience throwbacks to classic Splinter Cell gameplay, such as those missions where Fifth Freedom was denied. Like infiltrating an office building guarded by civilian security, which would naturally preclude the ability to go around snapping necks and scoring headshots.
I think a mixed bag is the best way to approach Blacklist. Something for everybody, and your tactical approach would change according to what was appropriate in the setting and your own personal preferences.

    I think so too.
Missions were fun in days from Double Agent and also from Pandora where the sun has almost set or the most reach and high hotel from Arabian Country and you must infitrate this the most highly secured place, wow................. I'm sorry, dream for sec :P
Ah! and one thing... if i mean something big I would like it to be something more mundane than the EMP rockets that blew up electricity in Conviction. Something more reliable and unprecedented in Splinter Cell.

Returning to the ideas for gameplay.

    9.
I would like to see not only dogs but also various kinds, snakes, birds, depending on where they come from, and other animals such as rabbits that fled before us can seriously disturb the guards.

    10. I would like to see lasers, wall mines/ground; motion/heat, security cameras; armor\destructible, mobile/static and CCTV, and many other advanced electronic security features which exist in the real world.

    11. A deeper and more complex weapons customization system, akin to Future Soldier's gunsmith feature.

    12. Unlockable weapons and gadgets.

Ok so time to edit my list of things.

    1. NVG and HV as well.

    2. Lockpick/ hacking

    3. Vents(prone) and secret holes/ crevices

**4. Dogs going on patrols with guards on a leash, dogs start getting antsy when they have a scent and the guards let the leash lose when youre detected.

    5. Skydiving and scubadiving plus the executions that come with it

**6. Cutting wires to disable cameras or other electronics

    7. Split jump! And other classic moves

**8. hiding in closets and under objects and cars

**9. Smart guards/ patrols. Better AI and no cursing to reveal their locations. (makes no sense for them to shout out "reloading!" when theyre only fighting you)

    10. Airfoil rounds?

    11. Open door stealth!!!

**12. Mines lasers turrets and camera types that could be broken or not or hacked.

    13. Progress report/ stealth score.

**14. Coop moves such as the boost or group rappel and hacking things with 2 people and sharing equipment.

**15. No boxes between sectors in coop( didnt like it). People should conserve ammuntion and work together. When one guy runs out, the other guy shares.

**16. Possibly going prone( highly doubt this but its here anyway)

**17. Scenic levels that feel on a grand scale such as the forest(Pandora Tomorow) or with great verticality(Shanghai Double Agent) or even Displace.

**18. Grabbing intel from computers and interrogation of guards for information.

**19. (BIGGY) Weather effects such as rain and wind.

**20. Weapon, gadget and suit customization.

**21. choosing improper gear or suit in a mission could result in failure. Picking a white colored tac suit would be innefective in the dark compared to a black colored suit.

**22. Programmer trickery! For example things the devs do that give a negative result because the player is careless. For example the laser in the bank mission that triggered an alarm when you left the safe which caused all the guards to swarm.

**23. Interactive environments such as the ability to hide in tall grass.

**24. THE NECK SNAP!!!! When on a pipe, you should be able to let go with youre arms and snap a guys neck/ stab while remaining on the pipe(lethal). Or you can suphocate him and his body will drop to the floor.(Nonlethal)

Things with ** have either been edited or added.
I will add or remove once you guys give more feedback.

Hey, can anyone confirm if this is true or not?
    In this article, it says:
    - "Guard dogs. If the pup grabs your arm mash the X button to put him down. [the camera will move behind Sam to hide the dog getting killed]"
