Well, the buildings would have to be widened, and perhaps boxes added outside the window so we can climb up and down without going splat on the ground.

dont forget all the maps would have to be reworked for abilities to be factored into gameplay.

To be honest, Streets is already good to go in terms of cover, just the rappel points are problematic in terms of map traversal.
