What happened to the Sam Fisher that I remember always lurking in the shadows. The game should take place at night more than day. The way Sam looks is different from the older games. He looks younger in this game and his facial features don't even match Double Agent or Conviction. The Sonar goggle or cool, but I miss the old Night,Thermal,and Electronic goggles a bit better.

How do you know the game doesn't take place at night more than day?

The creative director of Blacklist doesn't like night vision goggles so they won't be returning.

I have to say though that his face really looks a bit weird. It's like he doesn't have any colour in his face.

I liked his facial expressions in DA and thought the model was very well done there. I think they need to improve him still there in Blacklist. At the of demo he looks really weird when seeing his face there.

I don't mind the change. In SC 1-3 his face changed slightly due to the new tech and new animation software (hence how more muscular it looked in CT than the others.) because of how the skins wrapped around the characters' frames.

BUT- idk why he does look younger in these later games. A good friend of mine and I were talking and I think it's because UBI wants Sam to be one of those "timeless" characters like james bond. So I don't think he'll be getting older or younger in the face- who knows
