Goodness me, we'll never stop discussion and argument on the forums, however we do like you to conduct these activities without actually insulting anyone. Insults are neither necessary nor constructive.

It's the game Endwar itself that provokes arguments and name calling. Endwar allows people to cheat and act like cowards and idiots.

The same is true of many games, yet not all of their forums are full of insults. It's possible to be civil and polite in the forums regardless of smack talk in games and many gamers manage it.

Well Tully you kinda chopped up a statement I made. Do you or have you played Endwar? I think the major difference is the permanent loss of units people work hard for(despite dbl. xp). Depending on a persons schedule it could take a cple weeks to completely rank up a unit only to have someone kill it it then Dashboard(sign out of psn(causing you not to earn a win and lose units)). I know other games have cheaters as well so Im just guessing thats why there are more insults here than in other forums. Endwar probably should not have been rated Teen( but that would cut into profits). The forum probably should be for those 18 and up. politeness comes with respect and between the forum and the actual game some dont deserve either. An example would be the thread about "so I just looked at the leaderboards" Started by 1 of your SENIOR members. It starts by putting 2 ppl down because of their record. 1 of them was polite and responded with a legitimate answer only to be called lame. From there it just goes downhill when everyone starts chime'n in. I find it to be fun and I personally enjoy debates(not arguments). 1 more example of why some dont get my respect is when 3 ppl from Endwar were in car accidents within the last year, 1 will probably have pain for the rest of his life, 1 lost a friend, 1 bragged about getting money out of it. Guess which one gets little to no respect due to his actions in Endwar and real life? well im done if anyone actually read this

iv been sending tully PMs to try and explain the game mechanics and reasons for flaming arguments but NONE of the mods play endwar so have really no concept of what im talking about . threat is on the same page as me and has hit the nail on the head , 110% correct threat . sorry for breaking my no posting promise but i had to back him up on this.

There are other games where long term game earnings can be lost in a single match, online wars in games like WW2 Online, IL2 Sturmovik and Silent Hunter are some examples. Granted it's not a native multiplayer game mechanic in some of those games, but its still possible to lose months of careful reputation/status/rank building, possibly as a result of some form of cheating, and have to start over. I understand what you're saying about the game mechanic but it still does not mean it's necessary to behave like smack talking homies on the forums.

Just had a look at this, the member status is just a reflection of post count. Compare his 800+ to mine and see how senior I consider him
Regardless, that is not the right approach. I'm not going to hunt through historical posts looking for breaches of conduct to hit you guys with, that wouldn't be fair.
I am going to monitor future behaviour.

Do you really think anyone believes anything you have to say dexter? You are by far THE #1 dashboarder I have ever come across in all of Endwar (both PS3 and 360). You play like garbage and couldn't pull out a win if you were playing against someone who's deaf and blind. If there was an award for the biggest coward award, you would have a trophy case full.
