URGENT: Can't access game | Forums

[Trans-Americas]

No matter how I resize the window I can't gain access to the game any longer. Once the game starts and the welcome screen appears (News/Sales/Events) there is no "X", or it is inaccessible above the screen and I can't get rid of that screen to enter the game. I have a screen shot, but apparently I can't upload it here

I've restarted the browser and computer.

There is no way to scroll or zoom in order to get rid of the welcome screen in order to play the game. Please help!

I would recommend sending a support request to http://www.ubi.com/us/support/ -- that's going to be the fastest way to get the attention of Ubisoft if there is a problem.
