When you unlock him in the game he is a Glandular doctor but anyone who has seen the show knows he is a Head doctor that his speciality area so to speak so why not make this match in the game -_-

I suppose they can always introduce new docs and change the specialties since there are a ton of alternate doctors they can choose/add later for new cases as it goes along and can evolve with funny storylines

Yep, the game is constantly being changed and improved. I wouldn't look at anything as being set in stone yet.
