today , i had a connection problem when i tried to join empire mode it gave me error message "Server Error : Can't create new session" i often had this error message but when i restart the game it usually starts working again , but this time i restarted the game about 5 times every time giving me same error so i logged out my account and try to log in again ,i got this message !!

I never shared my account with anyone this must be a mistake , HELP ME FIX IT PLEASE .

It just got fixed , i tried to enter again now and its working again .

Sometimes when an account is trying to connect to the log in server and it fails multiple times it will temporarily ban the account for logging in. The ban usually last for about 15-30 minutes and is to prevent hackers for accessing your account.
