    Something went wrong sorry

    SOMETHING WENT WRONG

    SORRY, THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM. BUT NO WORRIES, A SQUAD OF HIGHLY TRAINED ENGINEERS HAS BEEN DISPATCHED TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION. CLICK ON THE BUTTON BELOW TO GO BACK ON THE HOME PAGE.

    anyone else getting this msg when trying to access the unlocks page? Been happening now for atleast a week.

    Yea i am i think it has something to do with your account not being connected with your console

    I am getting that message when I try to go to ghost feed and friends on GRN any ideas?

    nah, i made my uplay account when i got assassins creed II, when i logged in to uplay from GRFS for the first time it says i had like 180points or something like that. So i know it is connected.

    I have accessed the unlock screen before.

    When the game was a few days old i got this msg, then i got the msg saying this is only for GRFS players, then after a few days pass i get access to the unlock page. then since about 5-7 days ago ive been getting this msg.

    I too have been getting this same error message. It is starting to get a little frustrating, all my friends were able to get the codes working earlier on, but I am unable to.

    Hello guys,

    Could you try to make a cache clear of your browser and try again?
    If you linked your Uplay account in the game, and if it still doesn't work, then I'd be interested to know on which platform you have the game (PS3 or Xbox 360).

    Thank you for the reply.

    I cleared my cache and tried again. Still no success - still displaying the "Something went wrong. Sorry ... etc" message and then taking me back to the network homepage rather than taking me to unlocks summary as it should do.

    I have made sure I'm using the right account linked to my uplay and gamertag, and I have chosen the right platform - Xbox 360. I have been using firefox, fully updated. I even tried on the newest chrome clean install. Over a week ago I had managed to get the ghost recon network working but only to take me to the unlock overview - I entered the pistol codes and had no confirmation marked on the overview page of the unlock. At the time I figured it might take a while to update or the ghost recon network servers were overloaded with it being not long after launch. I decided to come back later, and have so far been stuck with this.

    Please could you help me retrieve the unlocks?

    I, too, am having this issue. My Uplay account is linked to my Xbox 360, and has been for years, ever since Uplay started.
    I also use Firefox only. I have no iPhone/iPad to use.

    An issue of note, when I am not logged in to the main Ghost Recon Network page, it tells me how many are online playing via consoles.
    After I log in, it tells me 0 people are playing via consoles, and gives me the error when going to the code entry page.

    They are surely related, somehow.

    I have this exact same problem. I even posted about it a few weeks ago or so back.

    Cleared cache of all my browsers and it hasn't helped.

    My Xbox 360 LIVE account is definitely linked with my Uplay account, has been for years. Please help as I'd really like to finally unlock these pistols at the redeem code screen.
