Had the outfits yesterday on my ps3. Now today they are gone... Probably eaten by gremlins.

Well, may I suggest exiting to Animus Island, entering a Desmond memory, exit to Animus Island again, then Enter the main gate . It worked for me and the outfits, but I'm sure it will have varying results.

Is there any way to still unlock the free content? I finished the game on 6/08 and never noticed anything about the E3 rewards.

I am also having the same problem. I got the Crusader multiplayer outfit, but none of the other rewards showed up. There is a ! in my inventory but all the outfits are still locked when I check it and I don't have any other upgrades. I'm on sequence 4.

This worked for me I think. I suddenly have my outfits again and got Vlad tomb. I still miss the jester though in multiplayer >.>

I had about given up, and didn't really think this would work, but it did.

Edit: Note, I did this today, on the 9th, so my guess is that if someone has logged in during the 4th to 7th period, the items are unlocked but not accounted for.

Hm. Resuming story mode after I reboot my ps3 has the "Desmond", "Old Altair" and "Locked" again, and again with the exclamation mark.

I am pretty sure the above solution will work again, but it seems like it is a bug (and an easily reproducible one at that, at least for those affected).

I missed the AC:R e3 gifts because I couldn't get onto the uplay network! I spent all week trying to activate my uplay passport but the server was just flooded and it wouldn't let me connect. I finally got through this morning and activated my passport but I completely missed the AC:R freebies. I really wanted that vlad mission...

Please note that some unlocked content is only available once you've reached sequence 2 (or even far into Sequence 3 for the prison): Where do I access my exclusive content?

If you have issues with this content nonetheless, can you please provide us with your Uplay ID and PSN ID/Gamertag so that we can look into it?

I'm not sure for console but as for PC you definitely received it. At first i noticed my gun capacity reached into 12 bullets. As for multiplayer, Characters exclusively for limited edition (Multiplayer) you also get it.
