I do this on the games I play, that way my friends who play the same game get bonuses from me, while friends who don't play don't have their news feed spammed.
First I create a new friends list, in this case calling it "Critical Cases", I add everyone that plays this game inside. After that I hover over "House M.D.: Critical Cases" in the menu on my left and select "Edit", then "Edit Settings". After scrolling down I see a tab called "Posts on your behalf:". From there I select "See all lists..." and "Critical Cases".
Aaand that's it, you close the window and you're done! :P Currently the only reason to keep someone as a friend after adding them as a colleague I see are these bonuses. btw there is a really nice app called "Auto Collect Games Bonuses" that collects bonuses from game feeds for you, but it still doesn't support HMD:CC
