    horrible customer service

    unbelievable... I emailed ubisoft customer service explaining my problem and the reply I got back wasn't any help at all. CS didn't explain or apologize for the connection problem and their response was simply "Hello, the E3 promotion ended on 7th." That's all they wrote! Useless customer service.

    I wrote to customer service during the promo period (I believe I wrote on June 6) explaining the problem, and the response I got was more than worthless - it told me that my question was related to game-play (which it clearly wasn't) and to refer to the game's instruction manual. I wrote back telling the person to actually read my question, since obviously he hadn't, and that my question had nothing to do with game-play, but had to do with an E3 promotion that could not possibly be in the manual, since it was just announced a few days prior. I never received a response.

    As you said, their customer service is useless..

    Please note that some unlocked content is only available once you've reached sequence 2 (or even far into Sequence 3 for the prison): Where do I access my exclusive content?

    If you have issues with this content nonetheless, can you please provide us with your Uplay ID and PSN ID/Gamertag so that we can look into it?

    I have completed the game at 100% - all memories synched with nothing remaining to do, and all of the content is still locked. All I have is the Desmond outfit and the Old Altair outfit - the other costumes that should have been unlocked by the E3 giveaway are missing. Further, those E3-related outfits DID unlock for about 20 minutes on June 5 before vanishing. I played every day between June 4 and June 7, and logged into Uplay every day just in case that was needed (except when Uplay was down on the 4th), and still do not have the bonuses. Further, the Hellequin multiplayer character, which I had received as a pre-order bonus when buying the game, and I unlocked prior to the E3 giveaway, is also missing.

    My Uplay ID and PSN ID/Gamertag are the same. The name is:

    Uplay is Krayus_Korianis, my Xbox 360 Gamer Tag is Krayus Korianis. Isn't it supposed to have been saved to the Gamer Tag like all the other Uplay stuff is from the other AC Games?

    I also have no sign of receiving the E3 promo items for Revelations. I play on PC and my Uplay ID is TreadLife
    Also, seems like my Uplay games cannot connect to Ubisoft services yesterday and today.

    The IDs we looked into are correctly noted as having the items unlocked, so we need to further investigate the issue you have. By any chance, is someone in a position to test playing on another console with the same PSN ID or Gamertag and see how it behaves?

    I understand you probably don't have multiple PS3s or Xboxs lying around, so don't go to extremes for this, but it could help the team identify where the issue comes from.

    hey Korchaa i need assistance too i get the armor of brutus to unlock every other tiem i play ac revelations i will log onto the game and i won't have the armor i quit out and go back in and i have it unlocked again if u coyuld help me to keep it fully unlocke di would really appreciate it my psn gamertag is godzilla_2007 thank you

    i'm having the same problems as the others, not being able to access the armor and lair, had it then it dissapeared.
