Do not buy Splinter Cell: Blacklist!!!

I know that this franchise is as good as dead, but let's not go down without a fight. If you loved Splinter Cell as much as I used to I urge you to NOT buy Splinter Cell: Blacklist and to hurt them where it hurts most, their wallets. I could live with Abercrombie and Fitch model Sam who is now irrationally super violent. I don't like it at all but I could live with that. But losing Michael Ironside is the last straw. I say again, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! I hope this travesty bankrupts Ubisoft. They don't even try anymore. All their games are glitchy and have framerate issues. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has issues, Splinter Cell: Double Agent had issues, and the Far Cry 3 demo they did at E3 today was a mess. It's called capitalism folks. Don't give your money to people who offer inferior products and don't give a sh*t about it's customers.

You idiots dont have a CLUE, do you? SPLINTER CELL CONVICTION offered the most amazing option to play stealth or assault as per your choice in the HUNTER MODE. SPLINTER CELL BLACKLIST is just an extension that allows you as a player to tweak and play stealth just like conviction. In a game like chaos theory, you could only play stealth. In CONVICTION, stealth was an option, if you never took that option, YOU CANNOT BLAME CONVICTION TO BE A NON STEALTH GAME. CONVICTION WAS WAY BETTER THAN CHAOS THEORY AND I HAVE PROOF. SO if one of you is ready to watch this and learn what stealth was, you ill realize that SPLINTER CELL BLACKLIST WILL OFFER 10 TIMES more CHOICE IN THIS REGARD!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmQzCRVbnVY WATCH THIS AND TALK ABOUT STEALTH , you fools!!!

WATCH THIS AND talk about STEALTH you fools, NOT EVEN CHAOS THEORY COMES ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS LEVEL OF STEALTH, if you never played STEALTH in CONVICTION it is Not UBISOFT S FAULT!!!

    ChinhCola doesn't have a clue

Hey Vivz, I completely agree with you, ChinhCola doesn't have a clue... don't waste your time with haters like him. He actually thinks his little tirade will sway players into believing him... dead wrong. He reminds me of some little kid in a playground (when they don't get there way) saying "I'm gonna take my toys and go home"... pathetic. Anyone with a half-a-brain knows that Ubisoft has the best games on the market; hands-down... no other game comes anywhere near Ubisofts amazing programming and graphics. ChinhCola needs to get a grip on life... his infantile effort is completely futile... I for one, won't miss him.

Doesn't matter who the game character is. All I care is about decent gameplay!
Yesterday when I did watch the SC: Blacklist gameplay that they showed at E3, I was highly impressed. For me this and Tomb Raider were the most impressive games in my opinion, at yesterday's E3 show.

I see we have some Ubisoft game developers posting on here. Let me clue you guys in. Ubisoft does not make the best games... anymore. Ubisoft can't even make games that work for crying out loud. The Far Cry 3 gameplay they showed at E3 lagged so bad, took forever for the environment to load, and the game was glitchy. Double Agent had enormous problems that made the game almost unplayable. I recently bought Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and that game was soooo sloppy. Do you guys even try anymore? Please tell me you don't try because if this is the best you can do then you should be fired for your incompetency. Ubisoft sure knows how to shoot themselves in the foot. They had several respected franchises and the new wave of developers manages to screw them all up. You wonder why you guys are having trouble selling games? That's why. Start listening to the people who pay your salaries instead of trying to bully them on message boards or you're going to get a reality check because you managed to tick off a lot of people. Have a nice day.

Chinhcola... dude, your'e really clueless. I am a registered Architect living and working in Texas... not a Ubisoft game developer... your'e a laugh. Do you really believe that anyone really cares what you think about Ubisoft... I mean, who are you anyway... just another little disgruntled individual with nothing important to say; except to try and make yourself feel important by bashing Ubisoft. In the year to March 2012, Ubisoft projects revenues will reach 1.04b - 1.08b Euros ($1.48b to $1.53b)... so I don't think anyone with any sense will listen to anything you have to say. You can rant and rave all you want... but honestly, who cares what you think... if you have nothing positive to say, keep it to yourself.

People who have and have not got any common sense and understanding.

    Green.Hornet

Not much of a nice guy are you?

    I would have expected
more from a person such as yourself ,with the intellect one carries as an Architect , to have examined the information ChinhCola produced, concerning his thoughts, with a keen eye and to have come to the conclusion that certain unique elements have gone from the 'franchise'.

As a fan of the Splinter Cell series, I feel a sudden turning point for the franchise, not a good turning point might I add, from the joy and happiness Splinter Cell 1,2 and three gave me, to a very disappointing Double Agent and then Conviction, sorry, my thoughts take me back, not being able to complete a single mission concerning the story line to Conviction without having to forcibly be put in a position that make the player have to be detected!!!!!!!!!!!!

    But as you detailed,
Green.Hornet, Who cares what anyone else thinks, some of us are just a bunch of clueless, disgruntled people, or maybe you do not think of us as people, we will never know , until you give us a nice welcoming-bit of information concerning your thoughts of my reply.

    Thank you.

Keep up the good work, thing's need to change concerning the game's that are being produced by Ubisoft, Keep thinking to your selves that, We are going to keep buying your game's, you can dream on, get Michael Ironside back for the voicing of Sam fisher, it's common sense, You have took the excitement of staying undetected out of the game's, don't go taking the voice out as well, that's what gives the character life and emotional content.

    Get a life

RAMZINIHO... so let me get this right; you think that creating a thread on the Ubisoft Forum campaining DO NOT BUY THIS GAME Splinter Cell: Blacklist, because of minor trivial minutia such as Michael Ironside no longer being the voice for Sam Fisher, is common sense and understanding? Really? Really? You guys need to get a life. Even Michael Ironside himself gave his seal of approval for the new Sam Fisher http://www.thatvideogameblog.com/201...er-sam-fisher/.

For every one of you Ubisoft haters and whiners, there is a thousand perfectly happy and satisfied Ubisoft customers. As for myself, I will leave the creative process to the professionals at Ubisoft and tune you wanna-be programmers out.
