Is there any indication as to what Patriots is gonna be defaulted to or will there be any option to switch?

I saw the most recent trailer with the family man having a bomb strapped to him, and I'm probably one of the very few people in this FPS world who would prefer to actually see my character on-screen like GRFS with the option of going into First Person mode. I saw the Q and A section for GRFS and I read an answer commenting on such a choice for that particular game and I realized that the answer mentioned something along the lines of there being more awareness of your surroundings when in 3rd person mode and I agree with this, there's just so much more you can see of the battlefield when in this mode...

I know that's usually not how it's done anymore seeing as how the world has now popularized the FPS mode as a default complete with shaky cam effects when u move fast/run and things like that. Hopefully they at least give the option but I can see problems with this in the MP aspect of the game :/

I've played Rainbow Six since the very first one. If this game has a third person view other than in the cover system, I will not buy it or lay hands on another Rainbow Six game ever again. It shouldn't even have a third person cover system. It should have leaning like in the previous games.
