I wish to receive new game versions for testing, evluating and bug reporting. Somebody who tell me how to do, who to contact? Thank you

Most testing is done in-house by Ubisoft employees.
If a game has a beta phase, sometimes the general public can be invited to an open/closed beta session.
I am not aware of any testing like you are referring to.
