    Chaotik, that isn't how the critical system works in this game. The Para may cap out at the high 30% mark but due to its high rate of fire will lose all of that very quickly. The LMGs can have their crit chance lowered all the way down to 3%-1% if fired for a prolonged period or on the move. The higher the fire rate, the higher the rate in which the crit percentage decreases. The weapon class that maintains its crit chance the best are the sniper rifles and maybe the SMGs. The SMGs are decent at criting due to their low crit ceiling so the disparity between minimal crit and maximum chance for crit is very minor.

    Mine never falls below 20%.

    You only go down to a possible 1% if your hip firing pinkie ADS only loses like 6% then it loses no more. But even 33% from hip fire max needing a 5 round burst will only drop you by say 10%. By that time your opponent was dead.

    Double post ya this needs a bump.

    To add to this not only is the Crit% way to high on high ROF weapons. Also it is way to easy to level them up LMG,AR,SMG get 33% while sniper rifles only get 20% LMG,AR,SMG take less kills per level to level up while sniper rifle take ruffly 1/3 more kills per level to get their crit higher.

    That's actually pretty fair. The automatic weapons do not have a chance to kill with one shot with just a critical hit unlike the sniper rifles. Also snipers don't have to put themselves out as much so why should they have have a higher chance (than now) to land a critical hit?
    Overall still, critical hits need to be scaled back.

    Actually, LMGs with crit headshots OHKO Recons. I've had it happen to me twice yesterday, for a whopping 112 damage. Super-painful.

    And only when it crits on a recon as well.

    Also I said just plain critical hits. Head shots are a different story and they are not the same as critical hits.

    I'm pretty sure it wasn't the 6P41. Any LMG that can do more than 40 damage base is a OHKO if it's a crit headshot on an unarmored Recon. Any LMG that does more than 43 damage will OHKO any Recon up to 27 with no inserts.

    Keep in mind this is unboosted. Boosted, even the default LMG can OHKO any no-insert Recon with a crit HS.

    37 * 1.2 = 44.4

    44.4 * 2.5 (100% for crit, 50% for HS) > 100.

    Well as i stated before sniper rifles i feel are fine. But LMG,AR,SMG are a lil on the high end specially with the LMG's AR's. I have OHK HS with my mk46 mod 0. and have also killed with 2 body shots both crit in a row. Also the mk16 well its basiclly a SR-25 needing really no more the 3 rounds to kill anyone. the crit rates on the automatic weapons is just to high. As pinkie stated hip firing yes you will eat your crit% like its nothing but in ADS you only lose a certain % then it caps out and your free to spray all you want with a really good crit%. My specialist mk46 mod 0 is now at lvl6 thats 19% crit now i can stand prone crouch cover and when i ADS i can burn all 100 rounds and never drop below 12%. As of now while in ADS crit % seems to be ruffly capped at a 4% loss then it loses no more. So take a auto weapon at lvl 10 33% crit this mean you are fully capable of spraying and emptying your clips with ruffly a cap of 20% still. So your spread may go crazy but that caps out in ADS too. And anyone can fully spray and pray with a really high crit% and have a super High ROF.
