    Angry Is this GRN App EVER going to work?

    The Android app worked before the game came out, and for 2 days after. Now, it appears to be broken. My stats were showing up, but now they have reset (though the GRN website show my correct stats). I also cannot access the Career, Squad, or Heat Maps sections, as they are grayed out. Lastly, I can't access the sync part of Gunsmith. Basically, the app is totally useless to me at this point.
    Also, the website says I got the 6 credits, but I can't use the app, so I have no idea if they are there.

    I have emailed about this issue, and asked on Twitter. Both have gone unanswered, which is highly aggravating. I even had to email a second time because my question disappeared, even though I updated it almost it when I got the email telling me to.

    Same here. I have emailed them twice (and never even got an answer of any kind) and tried on Twitter, only to get ignored there, too. Ubisoft seems to have the WORST customer service (perhaps EA is a bit worse, but still). It seems like they don't care about their customers. Even the "official mods" here rarely comment on anything. I have asked questions in dozens of threads, and started a few of my own, and never gotten a single "official" reply.
    If this crap keeps up, I will trade in GRFS and all my other Ubi games and simply stay away from their games from now on. There is no excuse for not taking care of your customers.

    Sorry if you didn't receive any answer - especially on Twitter we receive hundreds of messages each day and it's impossible to answer to all of them (especially for support question, Ubisoft Support account is @UbisoftSupport, not @GhostRecon or @RedStorm even if we can help sometimes).

    Reading your message, I have an hypothesis: you're maybe not running the good version of the GRN Android app. Try to remove the app from your phone and download this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...soft.GRNetwork (edit: Google Play didn't allow us to update the app a few weeks ago, we had to submit a new one)

    In the case, your app is still not working, please contact grnetwork-support@ubisoft.com and give them as much info as possible (such as phone model, Android version, your Uplay account), etc.

    I'm still waiting for a reply on my message I sent to UBI help. I have received a response a while ago but I did update it so here I am. It seems they have run out of answers.

    I'm have a big problem that is very rare, I only know 2 others that had it (from forum, they sold the game). Anyway I have to buy every attachment, default mag, iron sights etc. but I can also use a control/power etc. preset and use locked attachments. Apparently playing the game on another console (still using the same account) works, but I have deleted everything on my PS3 and re installed yet nothing.

    i'm having a few problems accessing areas two. under the main page clicking on more stats for characters when changing to the engineer you can't change off of him and all the stats are still for scout. under tour of duty any one of the blips can be clicked but at the bottom of the info is some wire tap button that doesn't do anything. both gun smith and gun smith gallery don't work. none of the intels under the ghost dossier work either. and what is the security clearence for?
