Is this going to be released, or is it rejected? I know you can find some files on the Internet, but what are they for? Can you use them? If yes, how?

You just read them. In the game, every time you did the mission, you'd get like 2 sentences at a time, but all levels are readable. If that makes sense, maybe someone else can clear it up.
