Another Black screen then crash | Forums

i bought HOMMVI a few days ago from EB games on a disk and installed fine and updated fine as well. But most people i seem to be getting a black screen after launch and then into it crashing ive updated my graphics drivers ive checked out the top page for support but nothing i do there seems to work and instructions on the regedit file are not very helpfull cause its opening it as a notepad file. Id like to TRY and get this fixed i wasn't able to get HOMMVI at launch and only now picked it up and now realising that many people are still having problems trying to play is very heartbreaking.
