Servers still frickiing down... allegedly...

Their down on 360. Does this happen randomly or is it scheduled maintenance? Any word on when they'll be back up?

scheduled maintenance should NEVER happen on the weekend, it should ideally happen between 2 and 6 AM or thereabouts on a weekday in the part of the world with the heaviest use.
They will not respond to your questions about it (I submitted a new ticket about 16 hours ago, still no response, after having another one from 3 days ago completely ignored), they will not tell you when they're going to go down (if and when they actually PLAN the downtime), it WILL happen again, and only at the least opportune time.

This happens to me too. I usually go back to the main menu and click on multiplayer again. Seems to work fine after that.

Sometimes it's just momentary and you can log back in.

Lately, it's been for hours, if not days, at a time.

Servers were back up on XBL this afternoon. are they down again? VERY laggy though...
