Ubisoft is an accredited BBB Business. The job of the BBB is to mitigate complaints and get results. Like many of you, I have reset characters, connection issues, login issues etc. It's frustrating mostly because we have no idea what is going on because they will not respond. The BBB WILL pay attention to complaints, especially in volume. I suggest using this link to Ubisoft on the BBB site and file a complaint.

Don't forum rage, or type in all caps or use profanity. Just intelligently tell them what problems you are having and that the organization will not respond with any information. It's not the best course of action but to maintain their status with the BBB they HAVE to respond. In extreme cases the AG of California will get involved and force action by Ubisoft. At the very least it's better than just raging on here to people that can't or won't do anything to make it right.
