    Use the BBB to get noticed buy Ubisoft

    Ubisoft is an accredited BBB Business. The job of the BBB is to mitigate complaints and get results. Like many of you, I have reset characters, connection issues, login issues etc. It's frustrating mostly because we have no idea what is going on because they will not respond. The BBB WILL pay attention to complaints, especially in volume. I suggest using this link to Ubisoft on the BBB site and file a complaint.

    Don't forum rage, or type in all caps or use profanity. Just intelligently tell them what problems you are having and that the organization will not respond with any information. It's not the best course of action but to maintain their status with the BBB they HAVE to respond. In extreme cases the AG of California will get involved and force action by Ubisoft. At the very least it's better than just raging on here to people that can't or won't do anything to make it right.

    I just clicked on the above link and posted my complaint. Its quite easy and only took me 5 min. Bascially, u click the link, click complaint, then they ask you 4 general questions. Stuff like is the company discriminating, etc. then you fill in your name, address, and email. Then you.have 4000 words to explain why Ubi isnt doing us right, then you have 4000 words to explain what you want Ubi to do to fix it. I kept it simple. I just want them to communicate with us. But I did all of this from my phone.

    Thanks for the BBB heads up. I have just finished filling in my official complaint regarding connectivity, response, gameplay and discrimination. All adressed as issues.

    Once again, thanks. Hopefully our scream for despair will finally be heard.

    You know I agree with this but what I find funny is how the mod's and devs are sitting cloaked in the shadows not stepping up to say why or what the problem is and when it will be resolved.... Great customer support is all I can say. Its a great game just needs better execution of things. And yes I know its just come out but this game has been plagued with these issues since the beta.

    Twizted, I know things like these happen, it's human nature to screw things up, everyone makes mistakes, I follow that concept. However, this has been going on way too long. I usually stay quite optimistic but this has really gone out of hand. It's like, getting your pay check but your bank froze your account for no reason and doesn't share information regarding the matter. I know, cliche example but hey, no loss.
