So your gonna delete my thread?

Your going to delete my thread because you guys couldn't answer a question? I asked for an example and complained about the service because you guys couldn't answer my question?

I'm sorry if your thread is missing, but I can find no evidence that it's been deleted. As a rule we don't delete messages completely, only move or hide them so that they're not visible to general users. According to every search means I have available, your post in this thread is the first post you've made on these forums.

In searching I discovered that you're getting some attention from one of our Community Managers, I hope he is able to sort out your issue in a reasonable time frame.

    Hi there,

All of your posts are still on the forum, as Tully has said?

i noticed in one post you complained about a post/ thread where you asked about the format of the beta code being deleted?

    is it this post?

As you can see - the post and thread are still there...

The advice given, was to contact support who can check the key for you - links are in my signature.

The key can be redeemed for the next month or so, so there is no rush, since download codes will only be sent out closer to the betas release.

If you lose your posts again, remember you can find them via your own profile page.

Questions about a game specific beta, are best placed in that games forum, since staff and members can help you quicker than in the general forum, normally.
