Was a reward for treating a Ward Patient...I just fill up my Ward and hope for the best.,,

Anyone else having problems collecting rewards from lost n found? it tells me to collect but I can't collect. Any suggestions?

Check to see that it isn't simply a browser issue. If you clear your cookies and cache and still nothing happens, I recommend contacting Support.

yeah i had that Fiery cane from ward patient which had heart problem =)

Yeah so I cleared my cookies. tried Chrome and firefox, so still can't collect the items in Lost and found....I have contacted them and nothing...getting irrated with the whole thing

Don't feel bad Lesa...I've been waiting for a response from Support for like 3-4 days now on the Lost & Found issues...sent out REQUESTS to my friends who play to have them send me the collection items...they responded by sending them...but they aren't showing on the collection item!!!! It's like they don't exist!!!! So if my friends sent them to me...where did they go??? Is anyone alive over at Support?

meh... most of the things tell you where to "find" them if you just run your mouse (not click) over the item in question. HOWEVER, there are two items on the list that are VERY vague.

The first is "Rodent friend found by House's Ex. Found skittering near the exam equipment." What does THAT mean? I have to take my case patient there? blood patients? what's the difference between the rat and a chicken? :/

The second is "Wilson's canine companion. Sniffing around in the blood lab." Same question as above. anyone come across the answers to these? Anyone?

I don't have either chicken yet but I got the dog with the case patient in the blood lab.
Not that much help really, but it's something...
