@Ubi-Mush: I've been ignored from Ubisoft Support for two days. Who do I contact to complain? This is ridiculous!

@Section_Eight8: My email doesn't even have a tracking number, where the number is supposed to be is blank, and on the Ubi site it says shipped with no tracking info included, so we'll see how that works out; as far as Ubisoft Support the times I called they seem to want to rush you off the phone and give you the excuse "they dont know what exactly happened but it will definitaly ship", If it wasn't for the coupon I used when i preordered I would have just canceled this order from the first time I called and no one had an idea of whats going on.
I agree with you on they're level of service is horrible. I asked a question earlier bout a beta code because there site did not have a good explanation since its put in differently then that of the receipt and wanted an example so i could play it but the guy did not like me asking questions and deleted the thread. It is very insulting to me a loyal gamer and customer.
Good to hear from other's that are having issues. Too bad the company is burning itself.
I've had wonderful experiences visiting France, but apparently business is handled much differently.
There is a brighter side, for me anyhow, if I don't like it I can unload it early on eBay for a good price, and that will be the last of Ubisoft in my life. So you are aware they are a french company so let this be a lesson as to how the french conduct business. I think this, applied to the bigger picture, shows their interest in maintaining an international business relations. True colors shining through.
Very true. It has been a lesson. I have never had any big problems with other big gaming companies that haven't been fixed in a timely manner,
And i certainly haven't been talked to like an idiot from the other companies like i have been by ubisoft <biggest pet peeve>
Oh, they contacted me about "compensation":
This content code will unlock the following in-game items:
MK-14 (Only available for Ghost Rifleman class)
AK-47 (Only available for Bodark Rifleman class)
Additional Headgear Options
Tramway Map (Moscow Suburb)
Exclusive Penny Arcade Weapon Skins
Winter Digital Skin
I informed them they can shove it where the sun doesn't shine. That is such a weak excuse for compensation. As if that makes up for their lame excuse for a lack of service. In addition I've posted to multiple gaming communities the issue I've had with Ubisoft. If Ubisoft won't man up to their mistakes then at least I can spread the word to other gamers.
