The Who is a very good guess. They are all over RB with tons of songs. And we've all seen how once an artist signs up for one of these games (GH,RB,RS) its seems inevitable they appear on the others in some fashion (exclusive deals aside). My money is on The Who.

I'm hoping for some Rush. Especially since their new album comes out on 6/12. Hope to catch 'em on tour in November but the closest show is about a week after my baby's due date. so that may not happen. but I can't think of a better reason to miss a Rush show.

I like the music, but I just can't stand listening to Roger Daltrey's voice.

AC/DC or Aerosmith would be fun.
Led Zeppelin would be great but it will never happen.
Pink Floyd also falls into the same group.. great but won't happen.
I will be bummed if it's the Beatles. I like their music but the guitar is uninspiring to me. Not something I'd ever want to play.
I'd also like some more progressive classic rock like Rush, Styx or Yes.

EDIT: And I'm not sure Rush is likely with Alex's abuse of his Floyd Rose.

Well Im thinking since there announcing this at E3 its going to be a big band.... Hopefully Hopefully Led Zepp remember all that talk they did about that early in the game release?

You don't have to worry about it being The Beatles that's never happening
