There were multiple Topics such as the one you're talking about. They each asked very specific questions and they were all put up by the request of the Developers for your Feedback. The Feedback time frame for all of those Topics ended on December 13th and it was ALL passed onto the Dev's.

We currently have this Topic open for you to post your AC III Multiplayer Suggestions now. It has been up for quite some time.

That thread was created by a normal member and does not have a single post from a higher-up for at least the first 5 pages (believe me, I checked) labelling the thread as anything more than the other suggestion threads that nobody from Ubisoft participates in.

This all comes back to this one question that has yet to be answered: Can we PLEASE just have ONE person from Ubisoft with a high-ranking position at least PARTICIPATE in the discussions on these forums about gameplay mechanics?

Unless every single person at Ubisoft is an anti-social jerkface, it wouldn't be hard in any way to either designate someone or even ask for volunteers.

Thread mentioned in a previous post said that feedback thread was open for input until December of 2011. So feedback was closed only a month after game release. Wow. but we are supposed to post feedback on ACR in an AC3 thread. And no high ranking Ubisoft person has posted in that thread either. Its clear that Ubosoft has no intention of supporting either game.
