There is absolutely no reason to remove the grenade launchers at all. The lethal radius is 1ft, the blast radius isn't much more than that, 7 feet maybe. Anybody that relies on one obviously doesn't know how to play. And there are plenty of other ways to keep better players off, like bullets.
And with maps like Market that grenade launcher is all the trolling unskilled noobs need to take objectives or stalemate. Its a stupid concept to have heavy weapons in loadout in OM period. Unless theres vehicles/crafts.
